Ordering & Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
To personalize your bandana, simply add the "Personalization- Add On" listing to your cart along with your bandana. Then enter your pup's name exactly as you'd like it to appear. Each name is placed and crafted by hand, so your piece will be made with care and intention.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! If you have a special idea in mind- a unique color, theme, or occasion- feel free to reach out through the Contact page or email us at info@pawsandpatterns.com. I love bringing meaningful ideas to life when possible.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't entered production yet, I'm happy to help adjust it. Just reach out as soon as possible. Once sewing has begun, changes may not be possible.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size bandana?
Each product page includes a sizing guide with measurements. To measure your dog's neck size, use measuring tape to loosely measure around their neck where their collar lays. If your pup is between sizes, I usually recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. You can also email us at pawsandpatterns.com with your dog's neck measurement for help choosing!
Do the bandanas slip onto the collar or tie on?
All Paws & Patterns bandanas are over-the-collar for a secure, comfortable fit.
Shipping & Processing
How long will my order take to ship?
Processing time is typically 3-7 business days, depending on order volume and personalization. Each piece is handmade, so I take the time to ensure everything is stitched beautifully.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you need something quickly, reach out before ordering. I can often accommodate rush requests depending on my current workload.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
Orders ship through USPS unless otherwise noted. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my bandana?
For best results, hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid ironing directly over personalization.
Are your fabrics durable?
Yes! I use high-quality cottons and soft, comfortable materials that hold up beautifully for everyday wear.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is handmade, I accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is an issue with craftsmanship.
What if there's a problem with my order?
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days. I want you and your pup to be completely happy, and I'll make it right.

Where are your products made?
Every piece is handmade in Texas by me- with Kaizer & Koda supervising, of course.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! If you are sending a gift, I can include a handwritten note and wrap your order in cozy, thoughtful packaging. Just leave a note at checkout.
